What are your parking rates for cruise passengers?
Our parking rates vary depending on the duration of your cruise. You can find our competitive rates listed on our website. We offer both standard and premium parking options to suit your needs.
Is your parking facility secure?
Absolutely. The security of your vehicle is our top priority. Our parking lots are equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of all vehicles parked with us.
How far is the parking to the cruise terminals?
Our parking spaces are strategically located within close proximity to the Southampton cruise terminals. Transfers typically take 10 minutes, depending on the amount of traffic.
Can I reserve a parking space in advance?
Yes, advance reservations are highly recommended to guarantee a parking spot, especially during peak travel seasons. You can easily make a reservation through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
What if my travel plans change? Can I modify or cancel my parking?
We understand that plans may change. You can modify or cancel your parking reservation within the specified time-frame outlined in our cancellation policy (24 hour notice period). Please refer to your reservation confirmation or reach out to our support team for any assistance.
Is there a shuttle service or vehicle provided to transfer us to and from the cruise terminal?
All our packages include a shuttle to and from the cruise (no extra cost). Private transfers can be purchased as an optional extra.
Are there any additional fees or taxes apart from the parking rates?

Do your prices include VAT?
Yes all the prices displayed or quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT, what you see is what you pay.
Are there any time restrictions on arrival or departure from the parking location.
We do not have any restrictions at the parking location, you can arrive or depart at any time. Please be sure however, to allow enough time and taking your cruise check-in time into account, we suggest arriving an hour before your check-in time to allow yourself plenty of time.
Do you offer discount for Blue Light card holders?
Unfortunately we do not offer any discount at this time, as we already offer extremely competitive prices.
Is there a height restriction at the parking location?
No there are no height restrictions however if your vehicle is larger than one space an extra charge maybe applied. Please be aware however we do not allow motorhomes and/or caravans due to their size and liability.

Do you accept motorhomes or caravans?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept motorhomes or caravans due to their size and increased liability.
Do you keep my car keys?
Taking your car keys with you during your trip is completely optional, depending on availability. We understand that many passengers prefer the comfort of keeping their keys, and we will gladly accommodate this preference whenever our current parking capacity allows for it.
If you choose to leave your keys securely with our team, or if keeping them isn't possible due to availability, it greatly assists us with the smooth operation of the facility. Having access to your keys means our staff can respond promptly and safely if your vehicle's alarm is unexpectedly triggered while you are away. It also allows us to carefully reposition your car within the boundaries of the car park if necessary for operational reasons.
Whichever option applies to your stay, we want you to travel with complete peace of mind. Please rest assured that your car will never be driven or moved off-site at any point during your holiday. What should I do if I'm using a rental car?
If you're hiring a rental car and don't yet know the registration details, simply enter RENTAL in the registration field, and select Other for both the brand and model. Once you have the actual vehicle details, you can update it yourself via the client dashboard, or we’ll update it for you when you arrive.
